In the kitchen, Restaurant de Camarasa must make the most of the quality products yielded by the lands of the Montsec, seeking always to strike a harmonious balance in combining them with other ingredients present in its other dishes. The gastronomic richness of the Pre-Pyrenean accounts for the pleasure we get when savouring the authentic plains-and-mountain dishes.
Located in the province of Lleida, in La Noguera, just where the New Catalonia-up north-converges with the Old-down south-, Restaurant de Camarasa elaborates a high-quality homemade cuisine, catering to Lleidatan quantity exigencies, and offering the best prices. Its kitchen receives the best vegetables from La Noguera's market garden, as well as the best lamb, veal, fowl, and pork products elaborated in keep with the high-quality standards that characterise Lleida's farmers and cattle-raisers. Fish in the adequate proportions is also added to any of the combinations and dishes.
Surrounded by the mountains of Mont-Roig, Sant Salvador, and Sant Jordi, down by the river Segre, its privileged setting makes for an even more enjoyable meal, while we fill our eyes with the natural landscapes visible through the large glass windows.
